PLEASE NOTE: To charge the least amount of shipping in Germany and abroad, tracking and insurance is not included unless specified. The carriers we work with are Deutsche Post, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. 

 

International Shipping: 

We ship to all countries worldwide, with the exceptions of: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. Some products may not be available for some countries.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Estimated shipping delivery times: 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 working days of ordering.

EU+UK: 3-5 business days

North America: 5-10 business days 

Rest of World: 10-15 business days


Missing orders: 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@jenblack.work noting your order number.


RETURNS

We will only issue refunds or replacements if items purchased turn out to be faulty or do not work as advertised. We must be notified within 14 days of purchase. If there is such a case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If there is an issue, get in touch with us at shop@jenblack.work noting your order number. 

Art Bar / Soap:

We cannot accept used soap returns. If there is an issue please contact us to find a solution. 

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! We require photos of the damaged items.

Cancellations: 

An order can only be cancelled within 14 days. Please, however get in touch within 1-2 days of the order, before fulfilment starts. If you would like to discuss any issues, contact shop@jenblack.work noting your order number.
